Our Story

The Beginning

Since the birth of humanity, Artisans have been creating unique, sustainable goods for their local communities. Wood was one of the first materials worked by humans. Jessica and Jason Brown are among the woodworker history of humanity and began their entrepreneurial journey with this craft.

How It All Started

Jessica and Jason bonded over their love for woodworking. Their company Wood Thingamajigs, which was originally started in their attic, is an Ohio themed home decor business. Jessica and Jason continue to create together.

Creating The Collective

When the pandemic hit, the concept for Ohio Artisan Collective was born. Artisans and small businesses were fighting to stay afloat. Jessica and Jason opened their doors to their fellow Artisans. They established a home to collectively market uniquely curated products.
